How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Works great but came loaded with malware Had to reformat to clear it all off. It was definitely infected and slow and all messed up. Once i did a full format and installed windows 11 it worked better and faster and malware free.
Good
If you buy from Ali, you can get it at a lower price than other domestic shopping malls, and the delivery is fast and good. The product is also good and can be used effectively. The product composition is good and I am satisfied with it. It's okay.
I used the Bi-Link N100 before, but the speed was slow, so I ordered the G1 and am very satisfied. It's about 3 times faster, Windows installs smoothly, and the LAN and Bluetooth connections work well. There's no need to install Guji Clean, and if you don't play games, there's no fan noise at all. The customs duty is about 31,000 won... Even when working with multiple items, it runs smoothly without any hitches.
Windows 11 is installed, and I am very satisfied.
Wi-Fi and other features are still working well...
I bought it for around 340,000 won, including customs duties. I think I got it cheaply compared to the crazy high prices these days. Other people said they installed English Windows. The one I purchased initially didn't allow me to select Korean Windows, so I selected English, but after rebooting, Korean Windows was installed properly. So I omitted the troublesome formatting. The Wi-Fi was properly connected, and I even completed the Windows update wirelessly. The RAM is 16GB single-channel, so we plan to install another one later when the RAM price drops.

It's quiet and works well.
I am using the product and its performance is good for general tasks. I haven't run many programs in parallel yet, but the basic program execution is really great.
As mentioned in other people's reviews, the RAM was 2666 16GB, which had a disappointing clock speed. The SSD was only compatible with NVMe, but had SATA specifications, so I replaced it with a different one and proceeded with a clean installation.
It's cost-effective. It's not very fast, but it's suitable for work use. The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth work well.
I bought it for 350,000 won, but now it's 450,000 won? What a bargain I got!
For the second time, order not delivered
The shipment was sent out quickly, but due to holidays and other reasons, it took some time to arrive. Upon arrival, I was charged consumption tax. The product is very good and easy to use as it doesn't include unnecessary apps. Win11 was also approved, and although other people's comments mentioned that the WiFi driver was not included, after updating, everything was updated. I think it was a good purchase. Since I bought it at a sale price, I was worried that the accessories might be missing, but the power cable, VESA mount, and manual were included, although the HDMI cable was not included. The keyboard was set to Chinese, so I changed it in the settings. I would like to see the accessories listed as well. However, I am very satisfied with the PC's functionality. Thank you very much.
I loved it, small but powerful.
For this price, the computer's performance seems to be excellent value for money. However, please note that when reinstalling the program, the drivers cannot be re-downloaded, so those who need to reinstall should take note. I've resolved the Wi-Fi issue, but I haven't been able to install the Bluetooth driver yet.
I bought something expensive for the first time after buying many items from Ali... This is my first time writing a review. I was debating whether to buy it after reading the reviews, but I ended up just buying it... It's better than I thought? I can use Windows well, and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi work fine too... I don't know why it's not working... Install the graphics driver from Ryzen Home. The other chipsets have not been updated yet... I was a bit worried because the fan noise was so loud that it was quite annoying. I looked it up online and tested it, and it seems that some of the noise has been reduced... Anyway, it's okay.
I received it well, and the hard drive, RAM, and CPU all seem to be in good condition! Great value for money!
I installed it cleanly for security reasons. As someone else mentioned, the WiFi and Bluetooth drivers didn't work at first, but I was able to use both using the methods below. Download the driver for Dell's Realtek 8852BE. When you open the exe file, click on the option to extract the files below instead of installing. Place this expanded folder into the installation media. If you specify this folder, the driver can be read via Wi-Fi. Bluetooth is initially recognized as a generic device, so click "Update Drivers" > "Select from list" > "Use Disk" in the Device Manager. Please specify the .inf file that is located in the folder you just opened. Now both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are fully functional. The license was a volume license but was digitally authenticated and had no expiration date, so there should be no problem in using it. I think it's quite cost-effective.
I rarely write reviews, but I really recommend this product. It has plenty of memory, and although I don't play games, multitasking works smoothly.
I received it well. I bought it economically because it's an AI CPU. I want to install an additional SSD, but the available slot and space seem small, so I would like to know the size and specifications of 1-2TB SSDs. Can you recommend one? Please also include 16GB RAM memory.
Including customs duties, I bought it for 360,000 won specifically for the Smart Loira. It runs well with the graphics on MyHush Play and is lightweight. I am quite satisfied with this price. YouTube plays smoothly in 4K, and it comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro, making installation very convenient. Highly recommended for home and office use, as well as for watching 4K content in virtual riding programs.
I bought it for my son. It's even more compact than the previous mini PC, and the functions are excellent and top-notch.
The mini PC is very good. As soon as it arrived, I added another 16GB RAM to run in dual channel, freeing up more memory for the graphics card in the BIOS. I installed Windows 11 Pro in English on the LAN, activated it normally, then switched the language to Portuguese, which is what I use. I installed Linux Zorin, dual booting with Windows, everything is working well and fast, all drivers without any problems.
