How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Good image quality, but if you want Putting it more than 5 meters away doesn't focus...it's a personal issue with my setup but otherwise it's fine...maybe the fan is a bit noisy.

I was debating with GT, but the price was too high, and I heard that Netflix doesn't support 1080p. For that kind of picture quality, it would be around 120,000 won. I'm very satisfied with the purchase, highly recommended!
I already have an expensive 4K ultra-short throw projector, but I was looking for another full HD product for secondary use, and this one had pretty good reviews, so I decided to buy it. Compared to high-end products, it can be disappointing in all aspects, but considering the price range, it is quite satisfactory in terms of fun and performance. Actually, I didn't have high expectations when purchasing it as it was for secondary use, but I was somewhat surprised by its excellent performance after actual use. It's a good product for casual use and, considering the price and performance, it's worth recommending especially for beginners who are new to beam projectors.
You have to get what you want early, and if you're too timid, you'll end up dying.
It's alright but for the price i expected the quality to be better than the $160 magicube (i had this one previously) but it wasn't. however it did run a bit faster, so processor must be a bit better.

I used the USB multi-port on the HY320 with the ssd120g + W1 plus air mouse without any problems, but when I connect it to the HY450, it either won't boot or, if it does boot, the SSD recognition is unstable.

I switched from using the 320 to something else. It automatically focuses as soon as you start using it, and the image quality is really good. Of course, there are limitations because it's a beam, but for a price of less than 200,000 won, I'm satisfied with this level of performance.
The product arrived very quickly and was very well packaged, easy to install and with autofocus. The image is great at night, providing the same brightness as a TV. It's a very good product and works wonderfully. I recommend it 100%. It's the first time I have one and I think it's excellent...
So far I am super happy with the purchase, it looks great and it's noticeable that they have greatly improved the lighting in the HY line. Although the vision is still somewhat reduced with the light on, they have improved significantly in that aspect compared to previous models. In the dark, the good image quality is a delight. I have it on my bedside table and watch movies or series every night. The only detail is that you can't change the default Launcher; I don't know if there will be a tutorial, but the traditional method doesn't work. The images are on a white wall, projecting a width of 3 meters at a distance of 3.5 meters, and could perfectly be enlarged further without losing quality. Simply an excellent purchase in terms of price and quality.
It is faster than the L018 in inpugLag, has a bit more brightness but does not stand out much compared to the L018. The only downside is the fan; even if you switch to eco mode, the fan doesn't reduce its speed and still makes noise.
