How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

For $100 you can't complain it works picture quality isn't great but good enough to enjoy your tv watching the speaker on the projector is not bad either but for $100 you get a pretty good projector

The product is good. You can't ask for more for the price. It has many elements of a mid-range projector. It is true that the pixels are noticeable. Correctly plays 4K videos at 1080p. In my case, I must have a dead pixel in the middle of the screen. As I said, the price is reasonable. Well packaged. The power cable is a bit short, measuring only 1 meter. Normal noise for the price. I insist, what it offers in general is good for the price, but it came with a bad pixel that is noticeable in black and white.

Delivery takes 10 days. Ukrposhta. The projector pleasantly surprised me. Clear image, rich colors. Nothing slows down. During the first connection, an update was found. It takes a long time to update, but you need to be patient. Connects to all accounts, including YouTube and Google Play. Easily connects to a Bluetooth speaker. But you need to install a player, such as VLC, because the built-in player does not read all formats. The flash drive connects, but the external USB disk, unfortunately, did not connect. Apparently the USB connector is 0.5A, but at least 1A is needed. Overall, a very good projector for a small amount of money.

Very nice projector. it works fantastic in a dark room. it's easy to set up, has good color rendition and the autofocus is fast and reliable. i liked the fact that it's own stand allows it to swivel up and down. for the money i cannot ask for anything else. great buy! i recommend it!

10 out of 10, it's an economical model, but the price and quality are excellent. Now, the details I noticed regarding autofocus/adjustment: at first it works perfectly, but if you don't have it in a fixed place that doesn't move, it becomes miscalibrated and you have to deactivate all the automatic functions and manually calibrate the screen size. The secret Android menu is completely locked; it cannot be activated with the developer options. A negative point is that, although it is superior to its older brothers, the HY300 and 300Pro, those projectors allow you to adjust the image and audio profiles from this hidden menu. In the graphics section, it's not necessary, but in the audio section, it could be improved with these profiles. I advise you to check if there is a discrepancy. For autofocus, disable all automatic options and adjust manually. If you have a projection screen, use it, then activate all automatic options again. After turning off the device for a few hours, it will adjust to your projection screen when you use it again.
It's a good projector with a great cost-performance ratio. The image is clear and it's easy to set up. It has keystone correction, which is great, and the control is Bluetooth, ensuring excellent connectivity. I'm happy with my purchase.

I used a 720p model from the same company and switched to this product, and I am very satisfied. The brightness and resolution are good, and the autofocus and automatic keystone functions are also great. At this price point, with this level of performance, you can definitely buy it without hesitation.
This projector pleasantly surprised me. The picture is clear, and the autofocus works accurately. Android 14 runs smoothly without noticeable lag. At first, there was a slight plastic smell, but it disappeared after a couple of days. It’s a bit noisy during operation, especially in a quiet room, but nothing critical. For the price, it’s a great option. Overall, i’m very satisfied.
Quality to price ratio is very good. It auto adjust the focus and angle. Over colors and picture quality is impressive. Youtube, netflix worked without any problem when connected to wifi.

Perfect!! Much better than the tubular projector, clear viewing, automatic zoom adjustment, image sharpness and reset, wide interface with full options including screen sharing from the phone, in short, worth every penny.

For that money, it's really a projector that I recommend to everyone, and everyone around me buys it thanks to my recommendation. In the photos, you will see what it can do both at night and during the day with the window closed. The brightness is perfect, exactly what I expect from 900 ANSI. The response time for games is 60 ms, which is not ideal for hardcore PvP players, but it's great for single-player games, unlike the competition in this price range. And even if it's a full HD projector, when you feed it 4K content, it will display the image as if you were watching TV. Autofocus will automatically focus and adjust the size to the screen. Tested at 100 inches (2.5 meters) distance (can handle it from 2.2 meters). I was supposed to receive the delivery within 4 days. I recommend it to everyone.
The projector is very good for the price. The projector is quiet and the brightness is very good and it does not generate much heat. I feel locked of any setttings that make use of android 14. I had to install another launcher to adjust picture and basic setting. Quite simply the projector is a good performer but the software is very restrictive. Overall i think it is a very good projector and i am sure i will get good use from iy
