How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Exactly as described, excellent image quality for the price, the image is very bright and the screen is very large in relation to the position of the projector.
It's so good! Better than 3LCD, better than DLP! The brightness of light is inversely proportional to the square root of the distance. Therefore, if it is the same ANSI, the single focal point will be brighter. It's not a lie, it's just okay to watch during the day without blackout curtains... It's better to watch with this one than the 85-inch QLED I bought recently. In my house, all the wallpaper is white, so the kitchen, small room, master bedroom, study... it's like a theater that I walk through! This guy is so absorbed in watching YouTube while carrying it around that he's completely lost in the fun of it. The first photo was taken in a small room with the lights off and no blackout curtains during the day; the second photo shows a bright scene even with a 40W LED light on; the third photo was taken in the kitchen at night; the fourth and fifth photos were taken in the kitchen at night with a dining table lamp on... I tried to get a refund because I didn't have a 3.5mm audio jack, but the price went up by over $20, so I just decided to use it since I can connect it via Bluetooth... There's no inconvenience at all... I'm very satisfied!

At this price point, there's no need to say more about this level of performance. I highly recommend it. However, what's disappointing is that there are no dedicated bags or pouches available?
After receiving the product and turning it on, the remote control connected immediately, and a large screen unfolded from close range. The previous LG one had a 110-inch screen at 3.4 meters, but this one has a 120-inch screen in less than 2 meters, which is great value for money. However, the installation is limited to Google Play. The Bluetooth speaker also connected well. The initial update took over 10 minutes. Overall, I am satisfied.
Absolutely love it. Picture quality and brightness are great for the price. Can't complain. I've taken 2 photos in the day with a bit of ambient light from the window and room light on, and 3 with light off. Compared to hy300 ultra this is leagues ahead. Colours are vivid and the speakers are actually good enough to not need bluetooth ones. Just hope it last longer than the hy300 which started having lcd matrix pixel problems after only a month and a half.
It's great because you can easily create a screen larger than 100 inches even in a small room. It's a cost-effective product that allows you to create your own theater in a small room.
The Android 11 Allwinner 716 HY450C has arrived. When connected via Bluetooth, there is some noise in high-definition mode. If you don't connect anything, 4K 30P and QHD 60P run well. I switched from the existing HY320, but I think I'll have to just throw away the HY320. There's no need to compare; the remote control is convenient and works smoothly.
I am satisfied. It's not a very well-made design, but it demonstrates sufficiently good performance and quality. If you are hesitant about making a purchase, I advise you to make a choice.

The product is good for the price, the image quality and performance are good, but there are some difficulties in using it due to the product description being in a foreign language.
It's really touching that you can have this kind of beam projector for 100 dollars. There is noise. The edges of the picture quality are blurry. But it's surprising that you can see a 100-inch screen from a distance of 1.3 meters. The sound is excellent at this level. You can also connect a separate speaker.
There is a slight ripple-like water movement at the top of the screen. It was like this in the previous version as well, but there hasn't been any improvement. It's not excessive, but sensitive people might find it a bit bothersome. Although it has an autofocus function, it also needs some readjustment. The top and bottom focus points were different, but they were aligned at the bottom, so I readjusted them slightly. The focus points are more uniform than the previous version. The previous version had a lot of deviation. The advantage of this product is definitely its single focus point. It's very fun to set the position because it projects at a short distance. I think it's a very cost-effective product for this price. However, I'm worried about how long the lamp will last. The previous version's lamp didn't even last that long after 14 months of use, but it went out, so I had to buy a new version.

I bought it cheaply with a coupon during the Singles' Day sale. Delivery was also fast. In a situation without a dedicated screen, I tried projecting onto an ivory-colored wallpaper that was close to white. It's worth watching during dinner time. Even though it receives 4K input, the output is 1080p but seems a bit clearer. It's useful. There is some noise, but it disappears when you turn up the volume a bit. You can listen while wearing BlueTus headphones. However. I downloaded the Coupang Play app and can play videos. I couldn't resolve the issue of no sound output.
I heard that the border part is not clear, and it actually is. Other than that, it's good. It's unfortunate that Netflix doesn't support L1, so it's in SD quality.

It's a short focal length, so it becomes 100 inches at close range. The picture quality is good and bright, especially among the remote control functions. I really like the mouse function. It's a good product.
