How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you havenβt received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says βno information available at the momentβ.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us withinΒ 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product youβve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

In general, they look good, come very well packaged and have a beautiful presentation, and there are no complaints about the sound.
Super comfortable to wear even for hours. lightweight iems fit my ears nicely, no pain. the cable is durable and the length is just right for daily use.
Great hearing and spacial awareness
Compliant and happy with the purchase Good packaging The headphones feel solid to the touch I don't know the name of each part of the headphones, but when I tried to remove and reattach the headphones from the cable, it was extremely tight, but once I did it twice, changing the cable became easy. When I connected the headset with a detachable microphone to my Xiaomi phone, the audio became distorted, but from what I've learned, this usually happens with phones. When I tried it on the PC, the microphone sounded amazing. Excellent sound considering the quality/price ratio. I would highly recommend this product unless you want to talk to him on the cell phone, as in my case the microphone was overwhelmed. Aside from this detail, it was a good purchase.

Very good sound quality and the mic is also very clear
Very good product, all the parts of the headphones are inside the box and the shipping was extremely fast compared to what was expected! The acoustic isolation is good and does not allow external noise to interfere with the sound being heard. In conclusion, it is an excellent headphone and worth the price if you can afford it.

The headphones are quite good, but there are some drawbacks. First of all, the right earphone is labeled as a left one (I'll attach a photo below). Second of all, if you listen closely, they constantly make some kind of noise. I waited for the headphones for more than a month, although it was stated that it would take 2 weeks.
Absolutely beautiful β€οΈ
I must say the epz g20 deserve a review. They have a fantastic sound, "plugged into my creative sound blaster g6 and my pc". Both mics on the in-line and other wire with a boom mic are really good, "use them both for ark raiders, and other games on pc". They are small iem's and they fit so good in my ear i forget i am even wearing them. I will buy a second pair, there that good.
The sound quality is great for both gaming and music. It's comfortable to wear and easy to replace the cable. Compact and portable, it's perfect for everyday use.
The only downside is that I couldn't connect the microphone properly; any mandatory cable must be of the type C type.
Good headphones, but I received a used product because the headphones were connected incorrectly (right earphone to left wire, left earphone to right wire), and the wire itself clearly showed signs of previous use.
I did not expect to love these so much. These iem's sound similar to my samsung bud3 and my $400 wireless gaming headset. I wish i discovered this product sooner... I really like the boom mic the microphone is actually really clear. My only problem with this product is the lack of instructions. When you get this, by default it's connected to the 3.5mm audio jack cable that does not have the boom arm mic which is fine, but what isn't fine is the lack of instructions on how to swap them. This may seem trivial but this was my first time even using iem's and did not know you could just carefully pull the cables out from the actual earpiece. Other than that, music is beautiful, sound is beautiful, using it to play games is immaculate, and video editing is also good. If i had more money i would definitely buy the higher tier products. First of all, I was amazed by the transparency and fit of the 3D-printed shell. It has a luxurious feel that you wouldn't expect at this price point. The sound quality is well-balanced across the entire range, and the clarity of the high frequencies is particularly impressive. It's perfectly usable as a monitor earphone, and I was impressed that my ears didn't get tired even after long listening sessions.
The stock ear pads are too soft, the microphone overhangs the earpiece but the sound is okay, there is no treble compensation in the drivers of the gaming headphones... had to adjust it through regedit. If it weren't for the microphone, I would have chosen something else...
Excellent sound and ultra-sensitive microphone, amazing packaging go for it.
