How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Surprisingly powerful for its size! The 4k support and auto keystone make setup effortless, and the built-in apps are a huge plus. Smooth streaming via wifi 6 and bluetooth 5.2. Perfect for movie nights or gaming on the go.
Arrived quickly, despite the small size the image quality is very good. The brightness is quite decent. The sound is average (depends on whether it connects well with a Bluetooth speaker and without latency).

Shows perfectly, connects to home network and works like a television. I couldn't design from my phone, but you can open Chrome or YouTube by logging in with your Google account. I don't know how long it will work, but I think it's quite high quality. The projector allows you to adjust the brightness and volume. Very satisfied with the purchase, thank you. ✨

What does buying a projector mean? To watch movies or content on a large screen. If you have a TV larger than 65 inches at home, watching it directly can benefit your mental health. Netflix has low quality. YouTube seems to show quality up to 1440p. The best thing to use is Coupang Play... but it only allows preview... After running it on my phone once, when I go to the recent playlist and play the video, it shows properly. Just in case it might come out better, I tried using Chrome and Web browsers in PC mode, but the image quality wasn't great. The picture quality and stuttering are best expressed with direct HDMI connection. Mirroring shows some delay and slight disconnection. The sound also sounds cheap, so if you connect external speakers with a cable, Very good. However, there is a critical issue where the HDMI cable connection and speaker connection line are close together, so you can't plug both in at the same time... You have to choose between connecting to Bluetooth earphones or Bluetooth speakers. Netflix has very low quality with l3... but if you watch it through HDMI output, it's still FHD (1080p) in the end, so I recommend a wired connection. I'll have to use a Bluetooth speaker for the sound... but... 😢 The screen hasn't arrived yet after purchase, so I plan to compare the picture quality again.

Wow, its amazing. During the day its impossible to watch, but if the room is dark for example at nights its just amazing for the price. I just hope it doesnt burn out too soon. For the price its just amazing. Made a 115 inch screen in my bedroom. A notable downside is that the "app store" have only about 10 apps and thats all. But it does have the great vlc player!!! The screen share function worked flawlessly with my samsung phone. Bluetooth also works perfect with my jbl speaker. Wifi antena is pretty strong, have not noticed interruptions. Thanks to the seller for the good price and fast shipping. I recommend it to everyone and will buy more!

It's the best product for its price. Korean language selection is available, automatic leveling and automatic keystone are perfect. I was using the 320 mini, but this one is more convenient and the picture quality is clearer. It's amazing how it automatically adjusts to the wall size. The remote control works well too. Highly recommended. The adapter doesn't heat up much and there's no heat at all when not in use. Also, it arrived in just 5 days.
Excellent projector. The image is very clear and the audio is good enough for a classroom; with a good connection, it works perfectly for a home cinema. Really recommended for the price.
The autofocus speed is amazing! No matter where you place it in the bedroom, it becomes instantly clear, and the side projection is perfectly adjusted. With cinema-like quality and even phone mirroring!
At night like this... if you manipulate it, you'll learn how to use it. It's not as clear as a TV. There's also fan noise, and during mirroring, the screen gets a bit blurry. Using a dedicated cloth seems to make it clearer. Works well with Netflix, YouTube, and Coupang.
The picture is not bad and the sound is good.... I just didn't find many programs in the store.

It's quite clear. There is some lag when mirroring from the phone, but considering the price, I'm satisfied.
