Overall, I'm satisfied with the product. I washed all the windows in the apartment from both sides in 5 hours. If a window is very dirty, I washed it twice. Overall, it's a decent device. Among the downsides, the window frame and sill still need to be washed; this thing only washes the glass. And I'll say right away that a centimeter of the frame around the perimeter won't be perfectly washed, or you'll have to use the remote to adjust the direction yourself.
