How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Just received these smart glasses today and my first impression is very positive. the packaging looks clean and premium, and everything was well protected inside the box. the glasses themselves feel solid but surprisingly lightweight. the design is sleek and modern, they actually look like normal sunglasses instead of bulky tech glasses.pairing with my phone was quick and easy, and the controls seem pretty intuitive. i haven’t had much time to fully test all the features yet, but so far everything looks promising. excited to use them over the next few days.
Exceeded my expectations: fashionable as well as feasible: i love the hands free call and music without anyone being disturbed and we can hear our surroundings. I haven't used my airpods since i got it. This is first transition glasses i bought, it's so convenient that i don't need to carry separate sunglasses for outdoors. I have used it's ai feature to care for my plants and checking on weather, i need to explore it more. So, far worth every buck.
I received the order quite quickly - about 2 weeks by express delivery. The product meets the stated functions - it takes photos and videos, the voice assistant speaks Ukrainian, but the voice function is not currently activated. The glasses arrived with 28% charge, and after 10 minutes of testing, they dropped to 25%. I'll put it on charge - after the battery reaches 100%, I'll check the full operating time. First impressions are positive. I bought one with chameleon lenses, but the weather currently doesn't allow me to check whether they darken automatically. I'll check it in the sun - maybe I'll add a review.
Received it a day earlier in the evening. The mail was a pleasant surprise. I opened it on camera, but everything was intact. While I was sorting things out, it started to get dark - I'll add a photo in better weather. What's confusing is that there's no information anywhere about what I received... I ordered the latest model, which was listed as 26g. But these W630 models are cheaper, priced at 2300 rubles. up to expensive ones of 12,000 rubles, and they are all similar. Connects via Bluetooth as W630_OBF4 - the latest one I understand is that it has blue protection with high tinting for bright light and mountains. Driving a car is prohibited. From 3 for the city - it's possible. Now about the good things. I'm surprised by the quality - one photo is 2.5 MB, resolution 6560x5458 - the video quality is also quite good. A photo of the car from 30 meters away, and even at the highest magnification - the license plate is readable - it didn't blur. AI scares me - it described where I live and what I look like - I was amazed... The glasses are light and comfortable. The photos are all the same - I won't post them. The sony camera in the glasses captured clear photos 👍 。 The sound quality is very good, whether it's music or answering phone calls, the volume is very comfortable and pedestrians cannot hear it.
