How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I have another pair of glasses like this, but i prefer this one. They are more suitable for my face, from ear to ear, even my nose. Overall, they are larger glasses; based on the lens size and frame, they look really nice and comfortable on me. They use the same application as other glasses, with only firmware updates, making it easier to import videos/photos from the glasses into the application. Both photography and video recording are easy to use, and the quality of both is excellent.. The battery life of glasses is very long, and you may not need to charge them for several days. The effect of answering phone calls is very good, but even if i keep increasing the volume of my phone, i think they should still increase the volume to hear more clearly. In terms of price, it has a good cost performance ratio. Recommend 👍 👍 👍
I gave them to my husband who is satisfied but hasn't had enough time to give a definitive opinion yet. The photos are very clear, with beautiful colors, a success. I will update the review after several uses in other situations. The lenses are not white; I chose medium, so they are slightly tinted.

To be honest, my expectations weren’t to high when i originally bought these, but they actually turned out to be a lot better than i anticipated. My favorite feature would have to be the hidden camera on the side of the lens, its perfect for capturing moments hands-free. The video quality/resolution is also pretty decent, of course, a phone records provides more quality in terms of resolution, but the convenience is what really dominates. The lens are a little more thick than your average glasses but it is not a significant difference, which is what i like. Overall, i am pretty satisfied with the overall functionality of these glasses, and would give it a big thumbs up.
I ordered it for my husband, we loved the glasses, the camera and video have a very good quality, the bluetooth connection is working great, he can receive calls with the glasses and the translation resources are awesome, i haven’t checked the transitions (raining all day), the battery charges super fast. i will order one for my self

Absolutely blown away by the tech packed into these m02s glasses! I've tested a few smart glasses, but the chatgpt integration via the heycyan app sets these apart. Waking the ai up with 'hey cyan' feels incredibly futuristic and response time is practically instant. The bluetooth 5.4 connection is rock solid with no dropouts when connected to my iphone. They also feature wear-detection which automatically pauses my music when i take them off. The tr90 frame feels premium and sturdy, not cheap plastic. Arrived in my country in less than a week. Highly recommend to any tech enthusiast looking for a smart wearable!
