How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Shipment and delivery of speedaf is very poor and if u get problem they didn't help customer and the returning item they didn't accept
These glasses not only take clear photos, but also are waterproof. I forgot to take it off while taking a shower, surprisingly, nothing happened when i got wet, everything was normal, and the quality was very good
To be honest, there isn't much to write about the quality of the photos, but i can see that they come in handy at critical moments, capturing past moments by clicking a button, or occasionally recording videos while cycling, or taking photos while watching disney parades. however, my favorite feature is audio. when i ride a bicycle, i enjoy listening to music, podcasts, and audiobooks, but i always worry about my headphones falling off and getting damaged. with these, all i need to do is wear sunglasses, my audio is right beside me, the sound is crisp and balanced, very impressive, but more real than i imagined. i plan to wear glasses, and then i will wear them anywhere!
Okay, i bought my glasses from guhuavmi store, they fit perfectly and don't look awkward when worn. we wear it all day on vacation. we don't play music during our vacation, mainly to capture children's frankness and shoot videos on the amusement facilities! it continued without dying. i used this to shoot some hotel travel videos, and the quality is very good. because we have children, we don't often use our phones. being able to record children's photos is a great thing, and now even without using our phones, we can capture moments that we can't capture. that's why we believe this is a good deal.
They are very cute. The camera is a bit large. But it's okay, i know how good color changing lenses are. They can block blue light and ultraviolet rays. The color changing lenses are a bit gray, i think that's a good thing. As for the sound, the speaker is very good. Great. You can hear music and call sounds clearly， 🤷🏽 ♀️ I like them.
Very interesting glasses, when you are outdoors, they turn into sunglasses, and when you are indoors, they turn into transparent glasses. The design is great.
It's so good, isn't it? It's beyond my expectations. I thought it would be slow to respond, but it reacts quite quickly, responds with 'Hey, Cyian', and when I request a simple translation or explanation, it immediately explains it in my ear. It's amazing!
I took these photos while walking outside and driving. The glasses are very easy to use — you just wear them and capture what you see.the photos look natural, especially in daylight. The lighting and colors feel very real, even in bright sunlight. It’s convenient for recording daily moments without having to take out my phone.i also really like the design. They look just like regular sunglasses and don’t feel bulky. I’ve worn them outdoors and in the car, and they feel comfortable for everyday use.overall, i’m very happy with them for casual, daily recording.
