How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

It works perfectly, video and photo quality is quite acceptable, sound is somewhat poor when playing music, but clear during phone conversations. A success, especially considering that it costs 10% of the original product from well-known brands.
It has good video recording quality, I would order it again.
Well, of course there will be comparisons with the Meta, which is unfair, but it's not bad at all. The audio could be a bit better, with more bass, but the videos are great, the images are excellent and very clear! Easy to connect and use, charges quickly, I haven't seen if the battery is that good yet, I'll find out soon. But I believe it's a 10/10 in terms of cost-effectiveness.

When I put on the glasses, I liked that they are comfortable and weigh very little. The sound is very clear, without delay, it's really good, but as is normal, someone next to you also hears something. The camera quality is quite decent, both in photos and videos. I didn't like that when you take a photo, a white LED lights up. And when you record a video, it's on all the time. So they cannot be used as "spy glasses," the LED gives you away. The only drawback of the camera is that it only frames what is in front of the camera, at a right angle. If there is something a little lower, even if our eyes slightly lower our gaze and we see it perfectly, the camera does not capture it; it remains outside the frame. The AI mode for object recognition is very good, very detailed, amazing. I chose photochromic lenses, but it has been a disappointment; they hardly darken in direct sunlight, so they are not suitable as sunglasses. For that reason, I have returned them.
It's a fantastic product for what it costs. The photos and videos look good, obviously it's not 8K but the image is clear, the audio sounds quite good, and the assistant's functionality works great. Very satisfied with the purchase.
The glasses turned out to be better than I expected. First of all, I wasn't sure because I couldn't find such information anywhere about the Polish AI assistant being activated using a button or the HeyCyan command (i.e. Hello Sajen. I asked the assistant what model of AI it was based on, and they replied that it was based on ChatGPT. But that's probably an older version of the assistant; I have the impression that the current version 5.2 is a bit more intelligent. There is only one female voice available in Polish. You can start recording or take a photo using voice commands. AI is able to recognize what you see in front of you and describe it. The music functions are operated exclusively using buttons and a touch panel. The quality of the photos and videos is quite good, they look almost like regular glasses. Overall, it is a very good product and offers virtually the same features as the much more expensive Meta Ray Ban sunglasses.

The glassess are good but the only down side is when i played music the battery went from 80 to 72 in just 1 minute, and not enough big with big head i think, bluetooth is good too
The only thing I bought were the clearest ones, and they are transparent glass. So, for sound, they are not suitable.
