How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

This tablet is an incredible value for the money. with 4gb of ram, tasks like web surfing, email, and document management are smooth and snappy. the screen is quite bright and the storage is more than sufficient for most needs. battery life is decent in general, far better than i have any right to expect at this price point. i highly recommend this if you need a tablet computer!

The language is only English, it doesn't charge with a Type-C to Type-C cable, the battery lasts about 5 hours while constantly watching YouTube videos... but the child is happy).

I am very satisfied with this level of quality for this price. The speed is a bit slow, making it suitable for work use, but it's very suitable for Netflix and YouTube. I gave it as a gift to my parents.
For this price, the picture quality is excellent and the performance is impressive. The only downside is the battery life is a bit... Other than that, it's the best value for money.

I had a hard time because the instruction manual was not in Japanese. The charger was a Type-C type, so I didn't need to buy a plug. I ordered one, but it would work if I changed the text input to Japanese.
First of all, the delivery was fast and the tablet offers good value for money. At this price, it's perfect for a notepad or YouTube use, but the camera quality is really bad, so please keep that in mind.

It feels a bit slower than expected, and the response is a bit off-tempo. However, I bought it with that in mind, so it's perfect for YouTube viewing. To use it as a multi-media device, I think you'll need to buy one with at least 8GB.
