How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I've ordered a few wigs online and this one is definitely above average. the body wave is consistent and gives the hair a nice fullness without being too puffy. the human hair is soft to the touch and easy to comb through. the lace is thin and comfortable. no chemical smell. the length is accurate. for the price, this is a really good deal.

I've gotten a lot of wear out of this human hair wig already. the body wave pattern looks very natural and the hair stays soft throughout the day. wore it to a school event and another mom asked me for the link. the cap fits secure and i don't have to mess with it once its on. when i comb through it, the hair that comes out is such a small amount that it never crosses my mind. for what i spent, im really happy with this.

This wig surprised me in a good way. the body wave texture looks very natural and the hair stays soft even after i've worn it for a long day of running around. i've washed it once and after it dried the waves were still there looking just as good as before. when i detangle it, i barely see any strands falling out which makes me feel good about the quality. the cap is lightweight and doesn't make my head feel tired or sore. i think this is a great option for anyone who wants something easy and good looking.
I've tried wigs from a bunch of different places and this body wave human hair wig is up there with the best of them. the hair feels thick but not heavy and the waves lay in a really natural way that doesn't look fake at all. i've worn it to work, to dinner, and even while just hanging out at home because its that comfortable. the shedding is very light from what i can tell and i never find hair all over my clothes. the cap fits my head like it was made for me and stays put all day. i'm really glad i bought this one.

I have bought a lot of wigs over the years and i can honestly say this body wave wig is one of the better ones in its price range. the hair quality is good. soft to the touch with a consistent wave pattern that holds its shape throughout the day. no chemical smell when i opened the package which was a nice surprise. the cap is well made and comfortable to wear for long periods. the ear tabs sit flat and the lace is soft against my skin. i wore this wig for a long day out running errands and meeting friends. no tangling at all. no matting at the ends. shedding was minimal. the waves still looked fresh and defined after about eight hours of wear. i also like that the hair has a natural weight to it, not too light or too heavy. for anyone who wants a wig that looks natural and feels comfortable without spending a lot of money this is a great option. i will definitely be ordering another one.
I was looking for a wig that i could just throw on and go without spending an hour fixing it. this body wave wig is exactly that. the hair is soft and the wave pattern is relaxed but defined. no weird smell when i opened it. the cap fits my head comfortably right out of the bag. i adjusted the straps a little and it was perfect. wore it to run errands and then to pick up my kid from school. no tangling at all after about four hours. no matting at the ends. shedding was very light, maybe three or four strands total. the lace is soft and easy to blend. for the price i am really impressed. i already told my cousin about this wig. she is going to order one too.
