Used for pre-nail and maintenance purposes. The sandpaper is not too coarse, which prevents overdoing it. It has just the right level of ease of handling.
It works. Very mild grit that is good for removing dead skin without damage to the nail. The pic doesn't show that the top piece of the quart is separate from the handle, but it still stays in place well enough.
