How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

For the price, it is absolutely worth it. the quality of a video and the pictures and how responsive it is is outstanding.
Buy without fear, the image, sound, and video are very good, even in the dark the quality is still good, the AI is also very useful, and the app is very easy to use.

The shipping was fast, which was great. It was my first time using smart glasses, but I'm satisfied with the functions. It's not a dual-lens system but a single lens with a single light, but I tried taking photos and recording videos, and they all came out well without any issues. The only thing is that the microphone seems to be located at the bottom right button, so it can record my own voice but doesn't pick up much of the surrounding sound. I transferred files by tethering from the app to the main device, and there were no problems with that either. Personally, I think it was a good purchase.

I was quite surprised; I read in some comments that if there wasn't a lot of light there wouldn't be much quality, but I have found that even in a garage without much light it looks quite good. For recording yourself driving or something casual, it's perfect. As a negative point, I have two: the light is excessively bright and it's very noticeable that you are recording; and the temples seem very thick, but that's to be expected in cheaper technology.

The glasses discharge very quickly.
If you learn how to use it, it might be the best option? I felt that the battery life wasn't great, but considering the size, it's acceptable 🤔 The video recording produces surprisingly beautiful images, and the photos are naturally beautiful too. You can save the footage in front of you with both hands free. However, it seems to automatically shut off after 3 minutes. Considering the size, this is acceptable 🤔 When charging, the power is on... It looks like it's collecting data. The AI function is always active, so it's fun that it's actually collecting data. I haven't tried other functions, so my evaluation so far is 5 stars.
Better than I expected! You can tell they are good glasses by touch, they weigh a little more than expected, the connection with my iPhone has been quick and the app works well, it's intuitive! The photos are good and the video too, outdoors, perfect! I just missed a hard case, but it can be bought separately and that's it! For what it's worth, it's a good purchase to practice with before using more expensive brands.
It arrived sooner than expected. The seller's response was friendly and quick. The frame is a bit large and clunky. I went to the optician today and changed to prescription lenses, added a nose pad, and adjusted the temple arms, which made them much more comfortable. The sound and microphone are clear, and the photos are taken well. I also took a translation test and did well. It would be nice if a version with a slightly thinner and smaller front frame for women was available. Oh, the light comes on when taking photos or recording videos. It's fun.
Arrived earlier than expected. Well-made and appear structurally solid. Video quality is not bad. Poor photo quality. Touchpad on the handlebar is not very responsive. Used for an entire morning of photos, videos, and AI interactions; battery dropped to 50%. AI isn't the best... it doesn't always finish the sentence when asked and sometimes starts on its own by listening to conversations around it. HeyCyan app is simple and intuitive, essential. Definitely needs improvement. During calls, both the speakers and microphone have good quality in not too noisy environments. Listened to music for an hour; battery consumption 10%. The quality of the music is decent, although the bass is almost non-existent. In conclusion, I can consider myself satisfied with the purchase because at this price, I couldn't expect better!
It's a very good product, very reliable. It connects well and the features at this price are amazing. The recording quality is also good. The only thing that's disappointing is that. Purchased for work use. The glasses themselves only translate the words spoken by the other person (which can be heard through the glasses' speakers). The translation speed is fast and it doesn't cause any stress. The conversation between the two parties will be translated on the smartphone screen. The words spoken by the other person are translated into your language, and the words you speak are translated into the other person's language and displayed as text on the smartphone screen. It will be translated immediately. The sound quality of the speaker is clear, but there is a slight sound leakage. The sound quality of the music is also good. In a crowded train, you might hear a slight noise from the person next to you. When I had the company's interpreter try this translation function, he said, "Our job will become obsolete!" and was amazed by the accuracy of the translation. The meeting minutes are also translated and transcribed in real time instantly. Unfortunately, the translation function cannot be used if there is no internet connection. Therefore, it cannot be used on airplanes. If you are on a foreign airplane, you cannot translate what the flight attendant (CA) says. 😭 I don't understand what is being said when ordering in-flight meals... I hope it will be effective during the immigration review. The camera's functionality is just so-so. Overall, it's a great gadget. It's beyond expectations. It arrived in Japan 5 days after placing the order. The sailor's service was also excellent. 👍
The glass was damaged on the first use, the quality in portrait mode is terrible.
They are worth the money, I really liked the purchase! I was pleasantly surprised that there is a version of lenses that change color in sunlight. The sound is quite loud. The artificial intelligence function helps translate text into another language. I found that the microphone's sound recording was a bit quiet, but I only tried recording once. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.
