How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Perfect for this price. Watch movies only in full HD and the image will be quite clear. There are no complaints about the color either, everything is fine. The photo shows an example in a dark room and in the evening with the lights on. In my opinion, such things need to be viewed in complete darkness, so the picture is excellent. The fan noise is average and does not interfere when a speaker is present. The system response is very fast on the 2GB version. I compared it with the HY450, which I bought as a gift, and this projector, at half the price, is 100% worth the money. The picture is a bit worse than its older brother. The only downside is the lack of sound amplification, and you'll have to adjust the volume through third-party apps to achieve acceptable sound quality. The sound of the speakers is quiet out of the box. Go ahead and buy it if you're looking for your first projector.
The projector is really great! it’s super bright and the picture is quite clear, my only thing is that if you want a smaller screen it’s somewhat hard to make it smaller but other than that it’s really good. the interface is great as well and very easy to use, it also comes with a short hdmi cord too! overall for 100$ bucks i would recommend buying!
The picture is very nice, I can even use it with a screen size of 320 cm x 170 cm, the sound is very clear. I am very satisfied with this device. Additionally, it's fun to play simple games; you can connect a pad via Bluetooth and control the game. The shipment arrived instantly. I recommend the seller.

Delight. Great projector. It has built-in YouTube, Netflix, Apple, USB, and HDMI ports. The internal sound is a bit quiet, but it easily connects to a Bluetooth speaker or headphones. Compact size, easy to set up and focus.
The product is good and, for the price and features, it's great. It would lack a rechargeable battery and there is a bit of fan noise left over. With light it doesn't look very good, with low light it looks great, and in the dark it looks sensational. I recommend it... Negative point: the delivery company is a disaster. They made 3 delivery attempts and luckily I was alert, otherwise it wouldn't have arrived. Very unprofessional.
It's very good. The LG projector I bought 10 years ago cost 1,000,000 won, but this one is brighter, automatically adjusts the focus well, and has excellent features. You can use Netflix directly, and the USB and other functionalities are very useful. I ordered a bag together with it, and it's very convenient to use. It seems like it would be great to carry around. However, the included power cable is too short, which is a shame. If you don't have a nearby outlet, you'll need an extra long power cable. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if I can purchase a personal cable. The cable is just too short.

Very nice and portable size projector. It has builtin app store and support google play store. I have installed netflix, yt, prime video and vlc . All works fine. It looks like no need for an extra roku or amazon stick. Color is good and picture is good enough for the price. One thing need to be improved is the ui, make the tiles smaller can show more apps on home screen.

Excellent device that works well after testing. It has an autofocus feature to stabilize the image according to the surroundings. Only the remote control is somewhat heavy.

The projector is excellent. I recommend everyone to buy with a full HD matrix and a light output of 600 lumens. not less than. In my opinion, this is the minimum for high-quality movie viewing. You will need a high-quality screen and sound. Only under these conditions will you be able to enjoy high-quality movie viewing.

This is one of the best projectors I've purchased! Even its sound is very good and it doesn't need a headset at all unless you want a more cinematic atmosphere. Its quality is excellent and it works in both darkness and light, but it is better in the dark.
Picture quality is good. No lag on video or apps (in 2gb version). Nice build and easy to carry around. Power supply is proprietary (not standard usb). Sound is ok as compared to my other productor.
Great projector for the price. Auto focus and levelling. I set up on a floating shelf in my room and projected on to the opposite wall. Can adjust the screen size manually up to a certain limit. Photo you are seeing above is before it is properly installed. Good clarity.. make sure your room is dark enough if you planning to watch it during day time.. Happy watching..
I am very satisfied with this projector, it plays in high quality. I checked 4K and it plays without any issues, including Netflix and Disney Plus. The remote is easy to operate.
