How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

The delivery was faster than expected. The packaging for Russian postal service is flimsy (a factory box with a chip in a soft plastic case and all this in a simple bubble bag), but it arrived without any damage or even a dent in the box. Apparently, Russian postal service has improved its delivery standards. No questions for the seller, just gratitude. The screenshot was provided by CrystalDiskMark 9.0.2. A couple of games were transferred to the disc via Steam. I recommend buying it.
Everything works perfectly.
For now, it's installed in an old PC and running at PCIe 2*4 speed. I didn't use the included heatsink because it wasn't enough; I used the one in the photo. Keep in mind that the memory and processor are at different heights, so you'll need to use thermal pads of different thickness (thicker ones for the processor).

The product matches the description and is new. Quality Control (QC PASS): 10/2025. Haven't tested it yet. The product was delivered on time. The set is complete. Packed neatly: in addition to the factory packaging, all contents were wrapped in bubble wrap. I recommend the seller!
Visually, it is impossible to identify which type of memory is present here, as both QLC and TLC are packaged the same way. The official website of netak.ru redirects to AliExpress, claiming that this is the official store. Artificial intelligence assures that this is TLC memory (as shown in the photo). It works well and smoothly. I installed it in a new build based on an i5 13400f, splitting the SSD into disks. The system boots smoothly, and so far everything is working well.
The disk is working. It maintains the stated speed. I hope it will last a long time.
An excellent SSD for this price (considering how much their prices have increased recently). The speeds are as expected. We'll see how it performs over time, especially when the storage is full.
