How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I mainly use this for playing streaming videos, web surfing, and handling office tasks. The execution is smooth without any issues or delays. Multiple ports provide great flexibility, and i especially like the clear output of dual monitors.

It is very responsive for web browsing and everyday office tasks, and it makes almost no noise. Honestly, if you are looking for an entry-level computer, i would wholeheartedly recommend this compact gem.
Received quickly and installed and updated w11. On initial use was perfect for my needs. Now concentrating on setting up a working system of my two w10 pc's as well as this w11 one. Have ordered extra gear for switching for hdmi and use of old kb & mouse.
Very fast with good graphics capabilities. Fan is not too loud when it's at full capability. Hard to believe the power for its size. 3 yr warranty is nice.
Was looking for a reasonably priced mini pc with at least similar power to a full size pc. The i9 has met my needs. Works well so far but less than a month of easy use. Not a gamer, so i can't comment on its ability there. If it lasts, it will be a good buy.

Very satisfied, it arrived with windows 11 pro preinstalled. I'm not playing, i'm just working, but it's fast, it runs multiple programs at the same time using 2 monitors. I am replacing my old and heavy laptop with this small and light pc and a portable monitor, it will also be easy to travel with it. I was looking for a new laptop, but i'm really happy to have found this mini pc with better specifications and that saved me some money.
Really nice mini pc. Plenty of computing power and quite decent. It was very easy to set up because it had a large collection of onboard connectors for your monitor (hdmi) and usb peripherals.
A beautiful mini computer with fast and good graphics, and very little heat dissipation. It came out of the box ready for me to use. This computer is easier to install than other computers i've used. I say it's fast, but it's much faster than any other laptop, mini computer, or desktop i've had. I would give it one or two more days before fully supporting it, but for now, i'm very satisfied. The value exceeds the value of the coins, and this is one of the best deals i've encountered in the computer field.

Small and mighty is how i would describe it. Easy set up and up and running in no time. Purchased for office work emails etc and this little box which fits in the palm of your hand.is ideal for those tasks. For the price paid extremely happy with my purchase.
So far, everything is great. I purchased it within my budget range to replace a 5-year-old desktop. It has enough performance for web browsing, shopping, and watching YouTube.
I only do office work and run a small photography studio, so i don't play games. But i like this computer. For such a small computer, it's definitely a good thing. It works very well. Everything is fine. I really like it.
It arrived quickly and at first glance it does everything it promises. It's a good device for the price, i want it for browsing, using it to watch streaming services, and running some executables. It performs perfectly.
It takes up very little space. It does everything i need. Easy to set up, it connected to my wifi, bluetooth, and usb devices immediately.
I am not new to mini pcs. On a whim and a chance several years ago, i started picking them up on sale to see how they compared with the big boys (e.g. Acer, apple, asus, lenovo, and dell). Honestly, it's a mixed bag with mini pcs. Some offer no support and are fly-by-night brands. But i've been pretty happy with this one. I've never bought a computer from them yet that let me down. This i9 8950hk model is really great for the money. I'm using it to run two hdmi screens and blackmagic design's davinci resolve / studio with a speed editor. So far it's playing back 4k and rendering like a beast. I'll edit the review if things ever go south, but so far i'm tickled with the value of this mini pc.

This mini pc is ideal for transmitting tv programs and movies. This pc has zero lag, this one is definitely soft. This is the first time i have found so many ports on a mini pc, which is very useful for productivity.
