How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Delivery was relatively fast. Packaged well and arrived without damage. I tested the drive and it works very quickly; loading videos and small files works as expected. I bought a 500 GB one, but it's a pity I didn't get a bigger one for the same price; it's just an excellent drive. Kudos to the seller, and I'll most likely buy another one.
I bought it at the beginning of the month and it arrived on the 27th. I really liked it and have already downloaded many games. The 500GB version only comes with 465GB, but I already knew that this would happen. It comes well sealed inside a kind of wallet, the material is great, just the speed which can be a bit slow, but it's understandable since it's an HDD.
Very good product, at first I was scared because it wouldn't let me transfer the files, but I reset it and it worked perfectly. The best part is that it came with a small box to protect it. The capacity is correct and it takes very little time to transfer.
The hard disc is quite small, very quiet and light. writing speed is about 42 mbyte/s and reading speed is slightly faster with 43 mbyte/s. the hard disc is formatted with ntfs. nice for this price :-)

The external hard drive delivers what it promises. It connects without issues and with an acceptable speed.
Well, it's very useful to me. I expected it to not perform well, but I was surprised. Good transfer speed and quite a bit of capacity for a very good price. I recommend it.
I just connected it and it seems to be working perfectly; I'm moving the games to the external hard drive and so far there are no issues.

The disc is 12-15 years old, the usage data has been reset, so it's difficult to say how long it has been in use. The quality is normal, no problems were detected, it's intact, and no reading errors were found either. I didn't measure the speed, as it's not important to me. Arrived quickly, comes with a case and a short cable.

Arrived much earlier than expected, has 460 GB available but for the price it's a 10/10.
The 500GB drive works correctly. Transfer speed via USB 3.0 is close to 90MB/s. Used 100GB to test and everything was fine. Including the case is a great detail. A 10 for the seller.
Excellent HDD for $10. Victoria showed 500 GB, but the computer shows 465 GB. Looks good too, comes with a hard case with a zipper. The cable is of course short, about 25 cm. A 36 GB file was recorded in about 36-38 minutes. Copying speed is 18-19 Mbit/sec.
Everyone understands what's inside.)) But in the current AI reality, external hard drives cost $10 for 500 gigabytes! What more could you wish for?) This is not the first time I've taken it. Thank you to the seller.

Ok, it works well, the computer recognized it immediately, I immediately made a backup of the computer and saved it to the external hard drive, which was about 100 GB, and the transfer was fast.

At first, I thought it was a scam because of the price, but when it arrived, I connected it to my PC and everything was fine. It has approximately 460GB free space, just like any original hard drive. I've been using it for a month now and it works very well. I hope it continues to work for years to come. I use it on my Xbox.
