How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I was surprised when i bought it! It has a compact size, easy to put into your pocket and does not need to be recharged when traveling. It has a complete interface, easy to install and can be completed in a few minutes. It is very convenient to run desktop software and process documents at work, and you can easily play hd videos and watch tv programs in your spare time.
Small body, but super powerful performance, daily office, simple entertainment are easy to deal with. it runs smoothly without lagging, and the heat dissipation is well done, so it is stable for long time use. and the appearance of simple, does not take up space, cost-effective, not bad to buy!
This is my first time trying minipc, but it's really convenient and very mini. i put it on the desktop without taking up any space, even better than a laptop. i paired it with a projector for watching movies, and it has many ports that i can connect to many devices. it supports wifi and bluetooth. to be honest, i'm so satisfied with this shopping experience

The performance feels very good, the sound is not loud when running, the overall size is small, very suitable for office use, and i haven't played games yet. the heat dissipation is okay, and the volume is convenient to carry
It works perfectly, i have used it with windows 11 that comes pre-installed and it works well, but if you use it as a server with a linux system, it works perfectly. highly recommended.
I'm impressed that it is so small. the box fits neatly on my desk or on the wall or attached to one of the monitors. it's silent, no whirring fan and still it's always at room temperature. i don't know how they do it, but i'm glad they do.
I really how it occupies a tiny amount of space on my desk. for its size, it packs plenty of power for home use (typically websurfing, email and microsoft office applications). 16gb of memory keep it future proof. starts up rapidly, responds quickly to inputs, no junk applications preloaded.
This mini pc is exactly what we were looking (and hoping) for. setup was super easy and smooth. fast, powerful and quiet...not one single complaint about this mini pc. we love it and it really was an incredible value. highly recommended!
It has to be said that the performance of this minipc is really good. it can quickly open daily office software and watch high-definition movies in my spare time without any pressure, fully satisfying my daily use.
I use it very well, the performance is decent, and it's very useful. windows 11 is installed in english, but the system language can be changed.
Bought this mini pc for use in a/v cabinet for lr tv and / or shop for video / research / home camera security monitor feed. just had a couple of days but its running well and no issues. it is not running hot. this morning i upgraded to windows 11 pro and it worked fine. this is an impressive pc value!
Shocking cost-effectiveness, it can accomplish everything we need it to do (such as surfing the internet, finding recipes, streaming music, watching netflix). it is in our kitchen, with a 27 inch tv/monitor and a low-end soundbar. i can't believe the speed and performance of such a small box! one of the most worthwhile products to purchase this year!
This mini pc is great for everyday computing, media consumption, and possibly some light gaming. The quiet fan and good thermal management make it perfect for my home theater setup where i need minimal noise. As a replacement for my old pc, this has worked well. I've got no complaints. I've been in the business of pc's and it for more that 25 years and to get all of this, (in this tiny package), the price is crazy.
Stable operation, no noise, clean system, bluetooth function is normal, wireless connection is normal. recommend!

A very good seller but unfortunately the pc i received had an issue. i ordered for core i9 8950hn but received core i3 7100u. the system info displayed core i9-8950hk as the processor but device manager displayed core i3 7100u and checking from bios confirmed that it is actually core i3 7100u. so if you are buying just make sure seller sends you an image from bios and not the system info. seller accepted partial refund.
