How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Well, I'm not usually one to write reviews, but in this case I felt the need to do so. The keyboard is very well built and I'm sure it will meet my needs (I'm a computer science student). The typing experience is very good, it's quite sturdy, but what really caught my attention was its response time. For those with a slightly heavy hand, you might feel a bit of oddness at first, but nothing that time won't fix. Finally, I want to say that overall I didn't have any problems, just the box that arrived a bit dented and two keycaps that came loose (they weren't damaged). Worth the purchase.
This keyboard is so cute and really worth the price. It's pretty heavy so it doesn't move. You can download the software on their website aula and change the lights to any colour and effect. I love it so much!! !

The keyboard box was all beaten up when received, which got me worried if the keyboard is damaged. Luckily, all keys are working.
A pretty great keyboard. This color was only 35$. My first mechanical one, and i'm amazed. Color is very pleasant and rgb too. The light are at the bottom of the switch. Only one issue i have with it is that spacebar when you press o the edges slightly catches on something, will probably grins down after a while and be completely smooth (it makes it feel like there's a colicky switch and not a linear switch, nothing major)
This is my first mechanical keyboard, so my comparison is limited, but i’m very happy with it. It feels solid and well-built, with great materials and a nice weight that stays in place. Also surprisingly quiet.

Fantastic keyboard, very nice tactile feel and sound. It can be both wired and wireless, with 2 wireless options via bluetooth and dongle. I haven't yet read if the knob can be programmed for anything else than the choice of lights, but it's still a welcome feature. I know i can connect to 3 different devices via bluetooth so that's also awesome. Be warned though, the keyboard is heavy. I love the feel of it, but it might not be the taste of everyone. 75% keyboard, but missing the actual "home" key. I'm also a bit annoyed by the constantly flashing "connected" key, but other than these small niggles i am very happy with it. Would buy again.
Great keyboard, especially if you get it on sale. Typing sounds amazing, like a mix between thocky and marble. Has tri-connect (bluetooth, wired, 2.4g usb wireless), i’ve only used wired and the 2.4 mode so far but both work great, very easy to switch modes since there’s just a switch for it on the back of the keyboard. It is made of plastic but it feels quite hefty (mainly because of the padding they put inside of it) but it does seem like it would be durable. Going from a 65% to this size (75%?) Was interesting since, i’m not sure if this is a problem specific to this keyboard, the factory keys/keycaps feel like they sit quite close together so i had to adapt my typing a little bit. Can’t say anything about the battery life because i’ve mainly used wired mode. Switches feel good, got the reaper ones, smooth press without much force needed. The factory keycaps do look cool and feel like good quality but the side print lettering isn’t my style so i switched them out

Super soft keyboard, extremely satisfying and pleasant sound, very beautiful ARGBs, served me extremely well and is of extreme quality for the price it costs, above that only keyboards that cost double or more than this one.

Best cost benefit of AliExpress by far! Excellent keyboard, very good construction, the materials are of quality, and it's also very beautiful. In the photos, I included a size comparison with a Machenike K-500. Since it doesn't have numeric keys, it's much more compact. It worked well in 3 modes: 2.4Ghz, on USB-C and via Bluetooth. The LEDs are of high quality, and unless you really like to keep the setup LEDs on, I recommend turning off the keyboard one, which practically doubles the battery life, which with the LEDs on already lasts easily over 120 hours.
The keyboard is at a high level for its price. I bought it for less than $50 during the 11.11 discounts and I am very satisfied. The carton was a bit damaged, but the keyboard was safe and complete, feels very creamy and very comfortable, great recommendation for the price, twice cheaper than on Amazon. Comes in original packaging.

It's small and great for desktop use... The sound of the wooden shaft hitting the square pebble is soft and feels good... It also has a volume control knob which is convenient... As for the Korean conversion key, there's no problem if you watch YouTube tutorials, download the program, change the right Alt key, save it, and use it.
So far, the only downside is that I had to manually lubricate the switches, but otherwise the keyboard is very cool, typing is quite pleasant, much better than on my previous keyboard. I was afraid that the keyboard would arrive defective or something like that, but in principle everything is fine, even the box arrived unscratched. At the moment of writing this comment, I recommend buying it.
Very good quality keyboard, I am extremely surprised. Difficult to switch to QWERTY even though I am used to AZERTY but it will do. Very happy with my purchase.
Premium keyboard with surreal quality! If it were sold in Brazil, it would easily cost 600 reais. The RGB is very strong and excellent, the construction is sturdy and quite heavy. If you want to change the keys to white pudding like I did, choose the other option for this keyboard because the one I got was slightly beige and had some color contrast, but nothing major. With the RGB, you can't even notice it haha, perfect.
Really awesome custom keyboard. 2.4 wireless receiver work like a charm, no lag during competitive games at all. The typing sound is buttery smooth. I love this keyboard 😊 😊
