How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

beautiful screen, I've had it for a month now and honestly, it's a great system. better than my original screen. but sometimes the system needs to be rebooted. and sometimes connecting to Bluetooth takes a bit longer than other times. I have also connected a subwoofer now, and adjusting the sound via the screen is quite annoying because there are DSP settings. but otherwise I am satisfied. also contacted the seller and they responded with solutions quite quickly.
The installation went without any issues. I had a problem setting up the system, but the seller sent me a video on how to solve it. I can only recommend it!
The screen is of good quality, but it has several points to improve, for example. * if you want to listen to the radio and make a call, you can't hear it because the audio comes out through the auxiliary input and since you are in the original operating system, you have to change it from the physical controls. *does not save the SIM configuration for data usage, so you have to enter it each time you want to use the data from the screen * the app that functions as Android Auto constantly restarts, The two screws holding the screen to its base are not strong enough; the screen moves a lot, and if you go on an uneven path, you feel like it's going to break. Even during normal use, when you touch it, it moves and creaks. You should have an additional base made that's less aesthetic to give it stability. The volume bar does not appear on the screen; if you want to know the volume you are using, you have to access the original Audi operating system. * the volume of the calls is very low
We purchased an Android radio that fits perfectly and works flawlessly. The delivery was fast, and the item is excellent.
I ordered for my 2017 Audi A4 B9 and I am honestly pleasantly surprised by the product. For the installation, there are no instructions, so you still have some work to do for dismantling the car. The connections are simple; it's an adapter that you plug into the CD player and run the cable to the screen output. The screen has a really good size but is of super quality, so you have to search a bit to find the CarPlay but once connected it works great and we keep everything from the original Audi screen as if it were better. Well, the only problem is that I had to pay €30 in customs fees... Otherwise, great item, I recommend it. 👍 .
Hello, I had a professional install the CarPlay on my 2017 Audi A5 CONVERTIBLE 262 HP. Everything works very well except for the rearview camera. The steering indicators work but not the visual camera which is an original camera. Can you send me some advice so that I can solve this problem? Thank you for your understanding. Very good and fast screen. The only problem is that it shakes a little when driving. They should look into this as it’s a bit annoying. But i got a wonderful screen with many features!
