In my opinion, the product is not refurbished, but brand new from the factory. The cell phone is not bad. It arrived complete with a silicone cover and screen protector. I won’t use it as my main phone, but as a “video intercom” to view the home cameras. (so without the phone SIM) and without all the apps that we normally have on our smartphones. It also has the pen that can be pulled out (like the Samsung type).
