How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I am giving it five stars because the video quality is very good. I don't really understand the ai function yet. The light when video recording is always on although not visible during the day but at night it is. Fair for its price but the ai assistant needs more work. The build of the glasses is so amazing it's hard to know it is a recorder. Great job nonetheless

I am very happy with the glasses! they are light, comfortable and almost do not feel during operation. the shooting quality is excellent - they convey the entire process of drawing in the first person. now it's easy to share your creativity and show details that were previously difficult to capture. a great tool for an artist!
The video is smooth, there is no shaking, and it fades a bit under dim lights, but in sunny weather, i think the video quality will be at an excellent level! suitable for those who are nagging about content. the video is downloaded in a few minutes. the very user-friendly interface of the charging program takes off very quickly, this is a minus sign, but if you take regular shots and carry the power bank with you, then this problem will disappear) i recommend it!everything is fine.

I use them at work 😁 Pros: very nice picture and video quality. Nice ai interaction. Everything can be done hands free via the ai interface. Cons: the only con i have is that the video recording is not continuous recording. It stops recording after your selected recording length, so you must remember to press record again after the time limit is up. Overall: i really like them. I can overlook the lack of continuous recording. I love everything else about these ai glasses 🤓

I don't know if i bought a good product or a bad product compared to others. This is unfortunately an issue that you get with these types of glasses, is you're not sure if you bought the best of the best for the price you're paying, or if you are buying the average newest item or the newest newest item. It's very confusing and that's frustrating because the sellers do not make it clear what exactly is the difference between all the newest items. So, i'll say i guess i'm happy with it, but it is difficult to use with my phone between definitely app compatibility and the glasses connecting and disconnecting, tried sharing it with my son and him also being connected caused other issues. It's just, it's not the best because of these workability problems of actually getting the item to do what you want and that makes me unhappy. I wish i didn't purchase it, in all honesty, and i'm lowering my rating because of that.

I thought the sound quality of the glasses would be mediocre, but i was amazed when i put them on. The sound quality is very full, and the most thoughtful thing is that when i take off the glasses, the music will automatically stop sensing, and when i put them on again, it will seamlessly resume playback without any manual operation. The experience is full! I have a pair of mate glasses that can record videos for 1 minute, but this pair of glasses can record videos for 3 minutes. I love this new smart glasses and i recommend it!
They film well. The translator works well, even very well. But it slows them down a bit, searching for information on the internet, and that's why the response takes a long time. I tested it on video, and it's also good. Just need to remember that the cameras are not located where the eyes are, but closer to the temples. So you need to lift objects slightly above eye level. It's very convenient that there's a case with a charger, like a power bank.
