How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

It arrived quite quickly; I wanted it as a gift for a friend who was leaving for another country, and it arrived just in time before he left. Good quality, as I have bought others before.
It's been a month since I installed this car radio in my Smart Fortwo 450. I can't believe the quality of this item, especially considering it cost me less than 50 euros! And given the price, I expected anything but this level of quality! Do you remember that 15-20 years ago this type of product was at the cutting edge of technology for car radios? That you would be considered a great bourgeois (in the good sense of the term) if you possessed such a marvel! In short, I don't know what its long-term value is, but I am more than satisfied with this product... To be more serious, I was the first to be highly skeptical and wary of this kind of Chinese products from Ali Express, but it turns out I was wrong... Don't hesitate to order it, and at worst you can always return it if it doesn't suit you.
The only thing we can't get to work is the steering wheel control.

It works, it does have full instructions, only problem would be that the controler it self works but u have to point its bottom right into the player. for the price its worth it tho.

I don't like that it comes with selected radio stations. Later, it's difficult to configure it in your country.
The screen is great! The remote actually need to be pointed to the screen, that makes it useless for the steering wheel. I didn't install the camera just yet
For a cheap low-budget radio, it's usable. The handheld transmitter arrived defective.

I would recommend the product, but I would say to emphasize that everything should arrive in the package, and not like in my case where the camera and all the wiring + steering wheel controls are missing.

CarPlay does not work with my iPhone 13
I really like the device; I received it yesterday and installed it right away... the screen opens and closes manually, and you have to place an object behind the screen to make it tilt slightly.
Everything is perfect, it looks amazing for its price and the Android Auto runs super smoothly.

I hope you read this comment before purchasing the product. The problem is the same as always with Aliexpress: you have to read the detailed information very carefully, which is always somewhat hidden. ATTENTION: * The screen is NOT automatic. * Does NOT have wireless CarPlay/Android Auto. * The camera does NOT have infrared, but rather conventional LEDs (when you put it in reverse, the party starts). * The steering wheel remote control is infrared (you need a clear line of sight from the steering wheel to the radio or you need to disconnect the steering wheel remote control every time you want to use it). For the price it has, you get what you pay for.
It's very good... but you have to connect the phone to the screen using the cable... then it loses signal, yes, thank you, that's why its 3 stars, but for everything else it's very good.

Well i actually like this one but my problem is it doesn’t fold automatically as i wanted and carplay just doesn’t connect but everything else is good like not a lot but it do the job
Very good image and sound quality, but to nitpick, the remote control's signal doesn't reach very well when used at a distance.
I am not satisfied with this product at all. I am a bit frustrated because I had to modify it a bit to fit my 2007 Berlingo. I only ordered the additional ISO cable so I wouldn't have to cut my original cables. I didn't order the camera directly, so I haven't tried it yet. I just played around a bit while installing the radio in the radio compartment. It's not original, but it fits well.
