Account Setup
Existing HK Account
Ensure your account is active and region-set to Hong Kong (change via Nintendo website if needed, revert after redemption).
New HK Account
Use an unused email.
On Switch 2:
Go to Users > Add User > Add Without Logging In; choose avatar and nickname.
Select the new user, click Log in with Nintendo Account > Register New User. Enter email, then hit blue button.
In your email, click the Nintendo link, go to My Account, fill info, and set Country/Region to Hong Kong.
On the success page, get a 5-digit serial number. Enter it on Switch 2, click Link to finish.
Redeem in eShop
Open eShop, log in with your HK account (password/QR code/mobile login).
